Chris is currently in-charge of Talent Acquisition for Safaricom PLC (An affiliate of Vodafone) the largest company in East Africa.
He is a digital talent management professional with experience in organisation design, talent acquisition and HR analytics. He has worked in multinationals and consultancy firms across Africa and Europe including General Electric, KPMG, Deloitte and Airbus. Chris is also a Certified Executive Coach Practitioner.
Chris is passionate about empowering professionals to thrive in their careers and equipping them with tools to take on the future of work.
Martin Openda

Martin is currently a Recruitment Consultant at Boyden, one of the top global executive search firms. He is a Human Capital management professional with skills in executive talent acquisition and human capital management consulting. His experience spans across East Africa and South East Asia with international firms, PwC and Ernst & Young. He is trained in the administration and interpretation of psychometric tools such as the MBTI, FiRO and Strong Interests Inventory.
